Operation Partnership Emergency Network (OPEN) is a non-profit, multi-agency organization designed to facilitate the communication of accurate and timely information during emergency and non-emergency situations between government agencies and the private sector.
Federal, State and Local government agencies, as well as private business groups and individuals, are represented within the Operation Partnership Emergency Network.
OPEN would like to offer you and your organization the opportunity to participate in this exciting information sharing program. Through a system of multi-organizational networking and relationship building, participants can benefit by obtaining or delivering critical information before, during and after an emergency situation or a non-emergency public event.
